Depending upon your service plan meals will feed 2-8 persons generously. Each plan includes five different entrees and some side dishes. All meals are well balanced according to your specifications and every effort is made to please even the smallest critics in the house. Some menus might include the following:

Classic Macaroni and Cheese The original kid pleaser, creamy, rich and delicious. Served with a side of Orange Glazed Carrots. A meal everyone is sure to love.
Chicken Enchiladas Served with Black Beans and Lime-Cilantro Rice.
Polenta Primavera Creamy polenta topped with springs best veggies.
Gourmet Meat Loaf Blend of three ground meats and sauteed veggies. Sure to bring comfort to anyone. Serve with oven roasted potatoes.

Baked Sweet and Sour Pork With Vegetables and Rice.
Gratin of Scallops, Tomatoes and Basil Garlic Bread and a Fresh Tossed Salad round out this meal.
Moroccan Lemon Chicken Served with curried couscous and vegetables.
Pasta with Shallots, Mushrooms and Pepper Sauce Parmesan Bread sticks and a salad make this meal complete.
Vegetable Soup Provençal with Pistou A hearty, nutritious soup of green beans, carrots, onions, potatoes, zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower, red peppers,and pasta finished with a Tomato Garlic Basil Pistou.

Broiled Salmon with Parsley and Garlic Aioli served with lemon basmati rice

Chicken in Apricot Sauce sauteed chicken breasts in a sweet apricot sauce. Serve with Aromatic Yellow Rice
Eggplant Parmigiana Baked crispy eggplant layered with mozzarella, Parmesan, and homemade marinara sauce. Serve with pasta and a green salad.
